Try it right now
This isn't a screenshot. It's the product.
On the right is a live Fairgather embed — the same one-line iframe any plan can put on any website. Go ahead:
- 1Accept, then step the party size up
- 2Pick a meal for each person in your party
- 3Answer yes to dinner — and watch the dietary question appear
It's real: your reply lands in a live dashboard exactly as your guests' replies would land in yours. Use a made-up name if you like — no account, no app, nothing to install.
Event pages
Every event renders as an invitation, not a form
Guests open a card — your name at the top, your colors, a date set in serif type — and reply in two taps. Themes for formal and modern occasions, always mobile-first, never an ad in sight.

RSVP forms
Ask anything. Show questions only when they matter.
Unlimited custom questions with conditional logic — the dietary question appears only for guests staying for dinner. Meal choices per attendee, party sizes, plus-ones. The logic is enforced on the server too, so the data stays clean.

Guest lists
Import any spreadsheet. Yes, including that one.
Drop in a CSV from anywhere — Excel, Google Sheets, or an RSVPify export — and households, tags, and plus-one allowances come through intact. Unlimited tags, instant filters, live statuses.

Waitlists
The waitlist runs itself
When your event fills, new yeses queue in strict first-come order. The moment a seat frees — a smaller party, a cancellation, a raised capacity — the next party that fits is promoted automatically and told the good news by email.
6:42 PM
The Nguyens reduce their party from 4 to 2 — two seats open
6:42 PM
Sam Whitfield (party of 2) promoted from the waitlist — automatically
6:42 PM
Sam gets the good-news email: “A spot opened — you're in.”
Strict first-come order. Nobody jumps the queue, nobody babysits a spreadsheet.
Privacy
Invite-only means invite-only
Turn on guest-list matching and guests must find their invitation by name or email before they can reply — a forwarded link is useless. Add an event password for another layer. Event pages are never indexed by search engines, and your guest list is never sold, shared, or used for ads.
Find your invitation
Welcome, Adaeze — party of 3
Matched to the guest list. A forwarded link without a match sees nothing.
Invitations that reach inboxes, unlimited
Send invitations and reminders to everyone, to non-responders only, or to a tag — now or scheduled. Every guest gets a personal link straight to their invitation. No monthly email credits, and an honest send journal instead of vanity metrics.

Who gathers here
Built for the people who gather people

Independent schools
Back-to-school nights, galas, reunions, admissions events — import the family directory once, tag by class year, and watch the headcount build itself.

Churches & faith communities
Holiday services, suppers, retreats, celebrations of life. Warm invitations your whole congregation can answer without creating an account.

Nonprofits
Donor dinners and fundraisers where the guest list is the whole point. Track VIPs with tags, cap the room, and let the waitlist handle the rush.

Teams & companies
Offsites, launches, holiday parties. Collect meal choices and headcounts without a spreadsheet — and without procurement paperwork.

Questions
Fair questions, straight answers
Is it really unlimited? Where's the catch?
There are no usage meters in Fairgather — no email credits, no tag limits, no check-in credits, no per-registration fees. The catch other platforms rely on is the upgrade ambush; our model is a simple flat price. Standard abuse protection (like sign-up rate limits) is the only ceiling.
Can I move over from RSVPify?
Yes. Export your guest list from RSVPify and upload the CSV — names, emails, parties, tags, and plus-one allowances import in one step. Most lists take under a minute.
Who owns my guest data?
You do, unambiguously. Export everything to CSV any time. We never sell guest data, never show ads to your guests, and never use your lists to train anything.
Do my guests need an account or an app?
Never. Guests open their link — from an email, a QR code, or your website — and reply in two taps. No downloads, no passwords, no account creation.
How private is an event page?
Event URLs are unguessable and never indexed by search engines. Turn on guest-list matching and only people on your list can reply; add an event password for another layer. Per-guest links from invitation emails go straight to a matched invitation.
What does founding pricing mean?
The prices above are our founding-partner rates, locked in for early-access organizations for as long as they stay subscribed. Final public pricing arrives at launch.

Your next gathering deserves better than a form.
